Info Evening
Would you like to get to know the MDC better before you enrol? Take the opportunity to attend one of our monthly info evenings. You can get detailed information about the Mode Design College, the lecturers and our teaching methods.

BAföG
The MDC is recognised as a private vocational supplementary school in accordance with §2 Para. 2 of the Federal Training Assistance Act (Bundesausbildungsförderungsgesetz BAföG). The funding is a grant for pupils (Schüler-BAföG), which does not have to be repaid at the end of the training.

Student Loan
You have the opportunity to apply for a low-interest, student loan six weeks before the start of the 4th semester. For more information, please visit:

Costs
The course fee at the MDC is currently 430 euros per month. In addition, there is a one-off registration fee of 590 euros. There is also a one-off examination fee of 600 euros, which is charged as part of the final examination.
Further costs are incurred for teaching materials, such as drawing supplies, tailoring supplies, fabrics and optional excursions. You should expect to pay around 30 euros per month for these expenses.
TIP
Another tip for the parents of our aspiring young designers: Please note that you can deduct training costs and tuition fees of up to 5000 euros per year and child from your taxes.
