Our First Blog + New Module

Hello All,

First of all a massive thanks for visiting our website and hopefully you will find all the necessary information about our exciting new college. We have been working so hard getting everything ready for the big opening we haven’t had much chance to work on the website. As you have probably noticed this blog is in English, occasionally we will post in German when it feels necessary.

A couple of recent developments the first being that the Mode Design College will officially start up in April 2015. The second being that we plan to offer a new module called „Sustainable Fashion“. In this exclusive module the students will study the Fashion Design Industry and a particular focus on the how the items are manufactured globally. The students will analyse critically the many various manufacturing techniques of clothes and textiles used in the past and present plus also develop a environmental awareness and a critical mindset so that they can start to implement changes for a more sustainable future.
