The App collects the following information:
* Login Credentials: Teacher usernames and passwords for authentication.
* Attendance Data: Information about student attendance as recorded by the teacher.
* Notes: Notes entered by the teacher for class sessions.
The collected data is used exclusively for the following purposes:
* To enable authentication and secure access to the App.
* To provide the core functionality of the App, which is recording and storing attendance data and notes.
* To synchronize data between the teacher’s device and the central Mode Design College server.
All data is stored securely on the Mode Design College servers. Data transmission between the App and the server is secured using HTTPS encryption. For offline use,
attendance data is stored temporarily and securely on the teacher’s device.
We do not share any personal data with third parties. All data remains within the Mode Design College system.
